Blue Pacific is committed to customer satisfaction and we are pleased to offer customers a merchandise exchange policy. Returns will be accepted as a merchandise exchange only, and no refunds will be given. Exchanged merchandise must be selected with your sales representative within 5 business days of approved RA. After 5 days have lapsed, the exchange credit may be invalid.

All RA's must be emailed to info@bluepacificfashion.com. Once we receive your email please allow 5 business days for a response.

Damaged items or items shipped in error must be reported to Blue Pacific within 14 days of shipping date. All items must be returned in their original packing and shipped freight prepaid. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance to your return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Approved exchanges regarding product shipped in accordance to the original purchase order are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Damaged merchandise returned for exchange must not be marked; i.e.: with tape, ink, staples, etc. Any additional markings can void the RA.

When returning merchandise for exchange or future exchange credit, a copy of a RA approval must be included with your return to receive proper credit. All items must be returned in their original packing. Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to a restocking fee (25%). Any item returned without their original packaging cannot be exchanged.

Please inspect all orders carefully upon receipt. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE MUST BE NOTATED ON the BILL OF LADING AT TIME OF RECEIPT. Any product mailed directly to Blue Pacific Headquarters without RA# will be REFUSED and returned to the sender at their cost.

Blue Pacific will not address RA’s with Customers that have overdue and/or outstanding balances with Blue Pacific.

All orders are shipped COD or prepaid by credit card. Open accounts are established when Blue Pacific Fashion terms policy have been approved.

Customer acknowledges they have read and accepted Blue Pacific Fashion’s terms and conditions that can be found underneath your signature on your original purchase order.
